My Time with Supa

Excerpt from Sheldan Nidle's book, Your Galactic Neighbors~~Chapter: Living With Sheldan Nidle by Colleen Marshall

Supa became a frequent visitor in our home. I was curious about her personal life, her culture and her Earth experience as a “Light Body Assistant”. In the beginning, my communication with her was through Sheldan. We would talk with her and he would tell me what she was saying. Soon, I realized I knew what was being said before Sheldan could translate for me. With Supa’s nurturing and Sheldan’s patience, I learned to trust what I was receiving: pictures complete with emotions, the whisper of a voice and the intuitive impressions that can only be interpreted through the heart. Telepathy is the language of the soul. Sheldan’s caring help escalated my ability to successfully communicate, first, with Supa and, later, with other galactic Beings of Light.

The time I spend with Supa is filled with Love and laughter. She looks at the bright side of life. It is with great honor that I introduce Supa to you, through sharing a combination of questions and answers, and a few short stories.

Q: Supa, what brought you to Earth?

Supa: About two years ago when I came to observe your world, I was awed by Earth’s beauty, the diversity of humans living both on and in your planet, and with the variety of animals, insects, fish, birds, minerals, flora and fauna. Earth enjoys a unique representation of all Life found throughout our Milky Way Galaxy. Your planet abounds with nature’s splendor.

After soaking in Mother Earth’s beauty and paying homage to her, I went to the more populated areas. The conditions of people living in squalor absolutely shocked me. I observed whole clans literally living on garbage dumps and surviving. My heart broke, and I vowed to help Mother Earth and all her inhabitants to transform and realize their potential. I consider it an honor to participate in the awakening of Earth’s humanity.

As my research continued, I found the hearts of your people aching to be liberated and to live in peace. Your oppression has been great and you have been manipulated for over 13 millennia. And yet, with all the oppression that you have lived through, your hearts have survived and yearn to discover who you really are, and to return to our Creator. The human spirit is truly amazing. Know that you are celebrated throughout the Universe.

We, the Arcturians, have been an integral part of Earth’s history for eons. Our timekeepers brought the original galactic calendar to your planet. Later, the Pleiadeans modified it. The galactic calendar is a consciousness tool used to put you in sync with the time clock of our galaxy. It helps you learn to experience time instead of just measuring it in a linear fashion. Our galaxy has a natural rhythm or pulse, providing a time to rest and a time for action. As you learn to ride the wave of energy, you will find that your life unfolds with more grace.

As members of the Galactic Federation of Light, we bring our healing expertise to the medical teams and our profound understanding of Love’s grace to all Beings evolving in our galaxy. Our contributions are highly revered and honored by the Galactic Federation councils.

Since the destruction of Atlantis and your ‘fall’ into limitation, we have taken an active role in assisting with Earth’s ascension process: your return to Universal Love.

At this time, she took the opportunity to show me a picture of Earth’s horses running free with their manes and tails flowing in the wind. “There is a wild horse enjoying the freedom of the open range in every human heart,” she stated. I deeply resonated with this analogy. In the movies, when a horse is returned to the open range, my heart sings with joy and I become liberated with it.

Supa on Work

Supa expressed her delight in being assigned to assist Sheldan and me for the duration of this book and with the continuing integration of our Light Bodies. We enjoyed each other’s company and shared information about our respective cultures.

At first, when Supa spent time with us, she found the everyday things we did fascinating. She followed me to the grocery store to buy groceries (she was aghast at the food’s lack of life force) and returned home with me to prepare meals, clean dishes, sweep the floor, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, wash and iron clothes, clean toilets, etc. It took only a couple of days’ observation for her to grow weary.

Proudly, Supa told me that she has never cleaned a thing in her life. They use either replicator technology or “as they think it, so it is”.

Q: Often, at Sheldan’s lectures, people have expressed their concern regarding the new technologies. Some say they enjoy cleaning and don’t want their lives to change. What advice can you give to them?

Supa: For those of you who wish to keep ironing your clothes, you are welcome to do so. Once you learn to live in cooperation and harmonious community, you will have more time and opportunity to explore what brings you joy. Imagine doing what makes your heart dance and sharing your joy with others! As your individual originality is allowed to blossom, you will return to being enthusiastic co-creators with God in ways you cannot imagine today.

Currently, in your society, you are kept quite busy just trying to make enough money to pay your rent, buy your food, and meet your car loan. It is by design from those who are in power to keep you “running in place” and too tired, when you do have time, to explore your creativity.

In a galactic society, we care for each other first, while allowing ourselves to be cared for also. Our work is joyful and we consider it to be more like play.

Q: If you were back on your home world, what would you be doing?

Supa: I would be celebrating life and Oneness with the Universe. I belong to the Temple clan, or what you might call the priestess/priest council. Like most galactic societies, we live in the interior of our beloved planet, while maintaining sacred temple sites at specific node points on our planet’s surface.

At these sacred temples, we sing, tone, and dance around a holographic fire. The fire is for purification. Through rituals, we use sacred geometric symbols to keep our biosphere and planet in balance. We lovingly commune with our forests, plants, rocks, animals and our home world. We value and respect our symbiotic relationship to all living things. If one element is out of balance, we are all affected. In fact, our entire galaxy and beyond are affected. With this knowledge, we consider it our joyous responsibility to teach others about the importance of maintaining balanced energies through the grace of Love. Ritual is exhilarating and satisfies my soul purpose.

When I travel the galaxy as a member of the Galactic Federation of Light, I am, by vocation, a specialized Light Body Assistant. Arcturians are renowned healers throughout this galaxy and beyond. We are called to assist when a society is ready to make a dimensional shift. You and your planet are unique in that you are accomplishing your ascension in an unprecedentedly short period of time. Through the grace of our Creator, divine intervention has been decreed. We are in deep gratitude for the opportunity to assist Mother Earth and her people in their ascension celebration.

Q: What do Arcturians eat?

Supa: We eat mostly vegetables, fruits and grasses unique to our planet. My favorite food is a sweet, starchy fruit that is orange and purple in color. It grows by the oceans on trees.

We do not need food to sustain life. We energize our bodies through Light. We eat to celebrate our planet, each other and the Oneness of everything. Sharing food with others is done in ritual, honoring the spiritual union we have with the plants and our planet. For us, food provides an opportunity to partake in the wonders of physicality: taste, color, feel, texture. We enjoy the sensation of ingesting different foods. Food is about joy and relaxation. We eat only very small quantities.

Q: Supa, you went to the dentist with me. Please tell us how you keep your teeth healthy.

Supa: We eat a thistle type of plant to clean our teeth. The plant contains enzymes for cleaning. As we chew it, our gums are stimulated, thereby remaining healthy. Again, we have an agreement with the plant and we always give thanks for the plant’s service to us. We never have to visit a dentist.

I was horrified observing you in the dentist chair. I found your dental practices invasive and barbaric.

Q: What is the average life expectancy on your planet?

Supa: We live to be approximately 1,000 Earth years. In your years, I am in my late 200’s, which is still very young.

Q: Please describe your living quarters on the ship.

Supa: My living quarters aboard our ship are very simple. I guess you would describe my room as Zen-like. The décor is primarily exotic plants and crystals from my home world. Since I have a symbiotic relationship with the plants, they provide comfort and the energy of home. The crystals are used for rituals. I have one chair that molds to my body’s specifications. The chair is organic. If I entertain guests, my replicator creates additional organic seating arrangements as needed. However, most entertaining is enjoyed in the many common areas provided throughout the ship.

Our ships are large, organic, sentient computers. The walls provide soft, natural luminescent light. You will not find doors. All we need to do is communicate telepathically with the wall for it to open and it accommodates our wishes. Since the walls and floors are organic, they are self-cleaning. The floors support us in a way that is difficult to describe. We tend to glide instead of physically walking the way you do.

We clean ourselves with sonic showers. They clean by using a non-intrusive frequency that leaves us feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to go. The computer lets us know when the process is complete.

When we are living on our ships, we have hydroponic gardens to supply us with our favorite plants. The “holodeck” environment emulates the frequencies of our sun and the energy fields of our planet. This symbiotic process replicates the atmosphere required for the plants to thrive.

Supa on Laughter

One Sunday morning, Sheldan and I were feeling drained of energy, our bodies were aching and we were generally out of sorts. We were planning to go to the movies but neither one of us had the energy. Then Supa joined us. She took one look at us and started laughing, or, should I say, whinnying. Her whinny is life-altering and infectious.

Supa: I see your life force is a little low today. Perhaps a little laughter will help. Laughter raises frequencies. I believe you have a popular adage that says ‘laughter is the best medicine’. Higher vibrations transmute lower vibrations. It is a Universal Law. Laughter works on all four of your bodies: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Now let me see, ahhh, yes, I’ve been wondering about where all of your horse proverbs come from. It will be fun to name as many as we can.

Supa, Sheldan and I had a good time coming up with the following horse proverbs:

* You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink

* That’s a horse of a different color

* Don’t put the buggy before the horse

* Straight from the horse’s mouth

* Don’t beat a dead horse

* Judge not the horse by its saddle

* Don’t change horses in mid-stream

* Horselaugh

* That’s just plain, old, good horse sense

* Never look a gift horse in the mouth

* Horsing around

* Horseshoes are for luck

As children, both Sheldan and I loved the 1950’s television show, “Mr. Ed”. It was about a talking horse. We started singing the infamous theme song as I galloped around the house. We felt like kids again, laughing and forgetting all about our aching bodies.

Supa’s heart was happy. Her mission to harmonize all four of our bodies was accomplished through laughter. She told us that it is important to remember to ‘horse around’ when feeling blue.

Supa on Posture

One afternoon, Supa came to visit. She was returning from a Light Body symposium and I asked her what she had learned. She told me that the Angelic council chairing the gathering wanted the Galactic and Angelic medical teams to find a way to get us to sit with our legs uncrossed.

Our medical teams are giving us messages and promptings, as we sleep, to make us aware of the damage we do to our body alignments by crossing our legs when we sit. It stops circulation, damages the nervous system, disrupts the flow of our energy meridians, puts unnecessary strain on muscles and tendons, and throws our hips and spines out of alignment.

Since she brought this to our attention, Sheldan and I have made a conscious effort to break this unhealthy habit, and he has been more successful than me. From childhood, I have automatically crossed my legs when I sit. I realize the importance of correcting this habit. I want my body temple to be able to receive the incoming spiritual energies with ease and grace.

While attending my weekly women’s group, I noticed, after meditation, that five out of seven women crossed their legs; I shared with them the information that the Angelics want us to sit without crossing our legs, due to the damage it does to our alignments. To my surprise, they all agreed, telling me they were aware of this and are trying to correct the habit. I found their response fascinating and a tribute to our Angelic and Galactic medical teams.

Another confirming story is from my mother. She is eighty-one years old. I was talking with her on the phone when she told me that her back hurts every time she crosses her legs. She acknowledged her awareness of the damage she has done all these years by improper sitting. I had not said a word to her. I smiled and supported her realization that she needs to sit properly. Again, good work, med teams!

Sheldan Nidle Galactic Federation Update for July 19, 2011

Dratzo! We return! We sit poised at last on the brink of a great victory! The energies for change on your reality have turned positive. We behold a realm that is truly in the midst of transition. Gaia asked in all earnestness that the great events on your horizon be carried out at this time. Heaven agreed with Gaia, and has decreed that this be the time in your history when your world passes from the rim of darkness to the threshold of the Light. Your political and economic systems are corrupt beyond measure and require an immitigable reshaping. These requirements are the principal aims of our Earth allies. They have stepped forward and completed a most remarkable series of reforms. A pivotal component of their package is global prosperity, as well as a universal debt forgiveness program. These elements promise that a new, more responsive form of governance can become common on your world. We have watched as each one of these respective goals were reached and readied for manifestation. Your Ascended Masters have blessed these reforms and are prepared to assist in making them see the light of day. 

      The business of transforming your reality is not an uncomplicated task. Rather, it is filled with constant periods of interference stoked by the dark and its various henchmen. These plans, put together by the dark's minions, are filled with the underlying thought that a special sovereign relationship exists between you and the dark's selected minions. Government on your world is simply a set of agreements between the dark, its appointed cabals and governments. You are always excluded from this loop by the ruse that you were not legally allowed to participate. On the contrary, it was the illegal mendacities of the dark that long ago tricked you into the belief that somehow you did not matter. This was really the second trick. The first was the fantastic one that a fall into limited consciousness was good for you, and the only way you could maintain your reality. These lies were the basis for the previous 13 millennia of your history. Now, together, we are reversing this folly forever! 

      Reversing these lies of the Anunnaki is the reason this first contact mission was sent here almost 20 years ago. The time approaches for you to return in joy to your fully conscious, naturally sovereign state. No longer is Heaven willing to tolerate the grand experiments of the dark. Under Heaven's direction, we came in great numbers to bring your divine abilities back into play and obtain the wisdom that you now possess. This galaxy is becoming a place of Light. Everywhere the dark once ruled with impunity now seeks the ways of the Light. This increase in the number of suitors to the Light's cause is due, in large part, to you. Your growing awareness and clear willingness to abandon the dark has raised a wondrous hue and cry throughout this galaxy. Not since the earliest moments of Anchara's decree for the Light has such an unsurpassed willingness among the dark empires been so evident. Your first tasks after metamorphosis and training will be to assist these great numbers in achieving their cherished goals.

What full consciousness truly is can be experienced only by participation. This is why your mentor/trainer is so important to the overall process. We cannot overemphasize this to you. When you begin your journey by traveling to Inner Earth, you will be embarking on an extraordinary adventure. Behold your new residence as the gift that is to make you whole again! The Light chamber is a living, organic vehicle that is to transform you into something special. In this new form, you will become one of us. Once your training is complete, you will know your destiny and how best to unfold it. Together, you will transform and sustain this solar system and use it as a base from which to travel to the stars and beyond, to the universe! Along the way, you will help a myriad of other Beings achieve full consciousness. 

      Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We come today to discuss the great changes that are ready to be revealed to you. Our associates inform us that all is at the ready. They are waiting only for the divine right moment in which your world will alter in the twinkling of an eye. The dark's minions have run your present reality for far too long. All of us have suffered in one way or another as the dark's decrees have pushed us aside in pursuit of their own inner enjoyment. Their seemingly relentless manipulations are finally to be put to an end. Moreover, most of them will be arrested, tried and given a non-capital punishment. The world will sweep the dark aside and, in their place, put in power governance that truly uses your desires to manifest a prosperous and joyous reality. It is this new realm that will welcome Agartha and greet your space and spiritual families. It is this realm that can manifest your inner joy and allow us to freely walk among you. 

      This new realm is not a dream! It is taking shape in all the numerous meetings that we have overseen and through the many agreements that have been legally brought about. These documents are backed by the ascendancy of Heaven and the mighty technologies of the Galactic Federation. A time has been set aside when these elements will come together and force the dark from its positions of power. We, your Ascended Masters, have joyously watched these things form and prepare to present themselves to you. This great day of transformation is at hand! The many forces of the Galactic Federation have come and shown their power in action at a few of the dark's secret bases. The dark has no other choice. It must relent and yield the reins of power to a whole host of new "caretaker" governments. Your great victory is ready to be manifest! 

      We have been preparing this rise of a new age of Light upon your world for you ever since humanity's fall from divine grace in Atlantis over 13 millennia ago. In this present time, we can all come together and celebrate an event that was prophesized by Heaven. The dark was given a moment in the divine plan to be in charge of your surface world. That time is over and Heaven decrees that the divine moment has arrived to dissolve the dark rule that plagued your realm. To accomplish this, the Galactic Federation was instructed to work closely with Gaia's Ascended Masters and provide the resources for this glorious time! This is now being divinely done. The transformation will happen suddenly. One moment of darkness will be interrupted by a vast surge of Light! Then, in an instant, the new age of Light and Love will spring forth! 

      Today, we have imparted our message. Even if, at times, it may seem redundant, this is being done for a sacred purpose. Our task is to explain, and, simultaneously, to paint, a vision. Through this energy, new worlds of Light are made real. Together, by carrying this vision forward, we are making this new world possible! Hold this vision collectively in Spirit and then let us propel it into the material world. Know, dear Ones, that the countless Supply and never-ending Prosperity of Heaven are indeed Yours! So Be It! LOVE takes the Lead: the return of feminine power

July really came in with a bang…pun intended.  Speaking of fireworks... a heartfelt thank you for all the birthday wishes from each and every one of you and from all over the world. Every single email was a precious gift, and I lit up like birthday cake for each one.  There is so much love in this community that its hard to take it all in, in one sitting, so I read these letters for days on end...which made my special day feel like a special week. (Tho, with the compression of time, the 4th really felt like an eighth, so I  s e r i o u s l y  had to milk it.) Anyway, thank you all for being beautiful.

To Hell in a Handbasket

"You have undergone a potent combination of lunar, solar and planetary events that has completely restructured your emotional reality... events that initiated and precipitated deep stirrings within the human core.  This stirring is bringing up some deep wounds for release, both personally and collectively, and as a result, many are now opening to realize their true selves as separate from the many karmic mis-creations that previously held you bound. A congratulations is definitely in order." -Seven Sisters of Pleiades

One of things that the unseens have been unapologetic for since day one, is the fact that this process is worth it…no matter what we go thru, or how battle worn we are, they make it clear that it is well worth every inch of chub pain/struggle/challenge and that in the end, we will actually thank ourselves and each other for making this bold choice. Personally, I am still on the fence about that notion, but in my estimation they really do seem to understand human suffering because if they didn't, I highly doubt they would stick around thru all the contemptuous rage & cynicism I dish out about this process…yet, irregardless, they continually affirm over and again that the view is well worth the climb, even if we can't exactly feel that yet.  So this is me saying to you that if you tried to jump last week, I totally get it, but we are so close to donning our robes that throwing in the towel at this final hour would just suck…and besides, you would wake up on the other side thinking…"duh".

"We understand the pain of transformation and the struggle to swim against the collective tide of consciousness, but we would like to remind those on the front line that there is much to be grateful for, to look forward to, and that your participation in planetary ascension is not without reward.  How could it be any other way?  We understand that in the throes of such intense purification that it is difficult to access those feelings, but we are always here to remind you that each of you understood the outcome AND the path to arrive here, and that your choice was made knowing that the outcome FAR outweighed the challenges. Trust in yourselves and trust in where this process is taking you." -Seven Sisters

Tho the last 4 weeks may have sent you to hell and back, I look at it more like bearing-down-to-push-thru-the-birth-canal (hence all the grounding lower back pain and pelvic cramps).  The pressure we are feeling is/was enormous... like the transformation of coal (carbon) to a diamond (crystalline)…and just to give you some perspective of the magnitude of this process, the transformation of carbon to diamond takes millions of years to complete. ((gulp)) We are the midwives of this ascension process, as well as those giving birth to a new world, which means, above all, we have the responsibility of pacing our emergence with the natural rhythm of our contracting (earth) body…and fortunately/unfortunately, its waaaay too late for an epidural : ((

The good news is that the intensity we felt thru the final eclipse in Cancer (archetypal mother) was not without cause in that we are arriving in LOVE, and the unseens say that this is in part due to a permanent release from karma…and as a result of that, we are beginning to feel the first signs of freedom from the heaviness, a lightening of our load, and a reconnection to our creative passions.  This means we are about to meet our true selves, as if for the first time!

We are beginning to build a relationship with the new beings we have become and this relationship is a very balanced and sacred one that will accurately be reflected back to us thru new balanced and sacred relationships with others and with the material world.  “As above, so below...as within, so without" is not just some new age platitude…its physics.

Hath No Fury...

God-dess only knows how, but we made it thru the eclipse sandwich without getting eaten...altho that doesn't mean we didn't get a few bites taken out of us, especially as we entered the emotional waters of July.  With such an indecent combination of celestial events simultaneously taking place, it could feel…on a good day...like getting caught up in a violent cosmic rip tide. We just endured quite a heavenly cocktail, my friends...solar/lunar eclipses, the solstice, a cardinal grand cross, CME/solar flares, a comet flew into the sun..even a finally-visible and apparently "the-most-intense-ever-seen-earth-sized-thunderstorm" on Saturn made headlines…one that Geoff Brumfiel at nature.com hilariously calls: "one bad mutha shut-yo-mouth of a thunderboomer"…lol)

If you were relaxed/trusting enough to swim WITH the current, it definitely took you somewhere destined...tho maybe unexpected…even if you are still finding your footing here.  If you swam against the tide, whew…you either drowned a few times or got tumbled and beat up pretty bad.  Either way, you most likely ended up at the same place…with or without the battle wounds of resistance.  That's the beauty of the ascension choice, btw…either way, we arrive where we need to be. The process can be like a stern father forcing us to eat our peas….either we can do it willingly or we can sit at the table until dawn.  My suggestion?  Eat the peas!!  …at least when its our "choice" we can maintain some semblance of self-respect.

The incredibly cardinal Cancerian emotional undercurrent of July…and the return of our divine feminine power…has become quite a force to be reckoned with the last few years as the heart gathers momentum in preparation to take the lead.  This month we are being asked to step up and give this sacred feminine force a voice, to stop keeping her small and allow her, her rightful throne.  ((insert Beyonce's "Girls Who Run the World" theme song here))

For the goddess energy to emerge in all her empowered glory requires quite a bit of momentum (hence three eclipses in Cancer, three years in a row) to break thru the deeply layered crust of masculine-dominated paradigm structures that were honored over the course of his-tory…and that momentum felt like it came to a crescendo on the solar eclipse of July 1st…it felt like just the right amount of masculine (solar) energy required to push us all beyond our e-motion-al comfort zones, to say what we REALLY feel, even if that meant without a shred of grace.  Hath.no.fury.like.a.goddess.scorned.

We all were given exactly the opportunities we needed to put our hearts in first place, which of course meant digging up some deep emotional sludge and clearing out whatever else is holding us back from our personal truth.  Core feminine wounds...especially around powerlessness...erupted, and in some cases they may have been disguised as volatile projections, but the emotional turbulence beneath them was a clear indication of the depth and importance of this particular clearing cycle.  In some cases, this was THE wound of all wounds that erupted…the one that you swore was gone, but still clearly had teeth.  Hopefully you didn't bite anybody, but even if you did, you still have a few days (until the full moon on the 15th) to see, embrace and coddle all your remaining loveless "lady" parts...and to return any vital pieces of human flesh you borrowed.

Things That Go BUMP in the Night

The partial solar eclipse in Cancer definitely created a wave of powerful cathartic energies that washed over the planet and her people for the purpose of blasting out some deep emotionally-lodged feminine wounds trapped in the collective consciousness of humanity…and unfortunately that also meant some confrontational energies in the spirit realms as well. 

Some scary-ass-stuff came up too…depending on your level of psychic sensitivity and the strength of your personal/energetic boundaries, you may have experienced the collective part of this purging in a not-so-fun way. It was almost like the boogie-man was back and all those childhood fears of the dark returned with what felt like extreme psychic vulnerability, menacing energy attacks, eerie visions, and unsolicited contact with the less-than-enlightened astral-folk poking around in the ethers. This, for me, meant a lot of sleeping with the tv on…something that I haven't done since, well…last month.  Unfortunately, however, these astral-dwellers seem adept at manipulating electronics, so I quickly learned that the tv is not always guaranteed protection from poltergeists and goblins…in fact, sometimes it even encourages unwelcome activity.

These energies are really nothing to fear…try telling yourself that at 3am : 0... but they can be startling and usually accompany a large clearing of feminine energy like the one we are still in the midst of.  The unseens say that these are just trapped souls that are given a hall pass to heaven during these energy shifts…but on the way from the classroom to the lavatory they take a mischievous detour to play a few pranks on the pagans, stoners and goths.

I like to think of these interactions as conversations with a negative neighbor…not necessarily scary, but something to avoid when possible.  And if it ever goes beyond that, remember to whip out your wand and bathe your energy and space in the violet fire…which btw, is suddenly very powerful now.  I assure you that no dark energy can hold up to the transmutational power of violet alchemy where we stand.  In fact, you may even want to brush the dust off those old sorcery books and give another whirl at casting magic spells because our powers are starting to work in very noticeable ways.

And if you are not familiar with/accustomed to using the magnificent violet fire, and feel bullied by the lower-astral energies, sometimes these spirits just need to be shown who's boss. As with most things, I tend to go over-board and so I will whip out all my tools at once in a panic…but really all that's needed is a solid boundary. If you just fill up your space with your energy…meaning, make your energy VERY BIG and felt…which usually amounts to a sincere telepathic "PISS-OFF!", you'll be golden.  And yes, these energies respond well to anger because they speak that language, but its more about solidifying boundaries and closing any gaping holes in our energy field that let these little suckers in. Learning to master our energy means mastering our participation with the seen AND unseen worlds…this month is a perfect time to practice your powers in the dark. 

All We Need is Love

"Now that you have had the ability to bring up the remaining density that existed in your emotional body, you will have the opportunity to release yourself from it...and to replace it with love." -Seven Sisters

One of the greatest rewards of the passage we were just dragged by our faces thru is the anchoring of self-love…a new feeling of acceptance, solidified personal boundaries, and even sacred bodily ownership  that many of us have never felt before.  This feeling of self-love is just starting to seep into our cells, and is responsible for the magnetic attraction of so many new things that will cascade into our lives…from new relationships, to new levels of abundance, and all of those things required to sustain/enjoy our new-human experience.

This is actually pretty exciting, and if you have had the pleasure to even taste a tiny morsel of this sweetness, you may notice that this energy is subtly recreating our patterns/responses/perceptions to align with our authentic core in total self-acceptance...and therefore more acceptance of others.  This can manifest as feelings of emotional surety, of clear boundaries and understanding fully what is ours and what isn't…which also spawns the support/confidence to release ourselves from toxic energies/relationships/jobs and anything else that is not in alignment with our divinity.  In other words, now's the time to act on any inner-impulse to set yourself FREE.

You may also suddenly have a deep, integrated, and even cellular understanding about how co-creation begins with this level of self-love….kind of like new software has been installed and suddenly things we have been talking about for years just make sense on a much deeper level.  Once we have integrated this truth fully, and light fills every cell of our bodies, we have attained the self-love quotient required to unlock the chamber of magic that lives in our hearts…and when we do, we are able to fully participate in the outer world thru the resonance of oneness. 

This internal opening is a precursor to conscious creation…one that we are currently undergoing as an integral transition into the unity fields of potential. Not only that, but right now... in this snapshot of "time"...the entire cosmos is supporting us to birth ourselves into this new world of our conscious making.  Our job, for a couple more weeks, is to cauterize any remaining feminine wounds with the nurturing and loving energy of the divine mother in preparation to meet the masculine energies of fiery Leo at the end of the month where we will have the opportunity to see just how far we've come in letting our hearts lead.

The Heart Takes the Lead

"What is important to understand , is that your ability to master the physical realms, to step fully into your roles as co-creators, depends solely on your activated love-quotient.  Which essentially means that your ability to remain true to your inner calling, and to design the world that you have envisioned for yourselves is wholly contingent upon the condition of, the strength of, the connection of... your heart. More than anything, the Pleiadians want us to understand that the heart is our guide now. Period. They say this so that we will realize the impact that our feelings now have on our creative potential and that our creative powers lie "whole-heartedly" within our feeling-based center...which means that love is the only (positive) way forward.  When we bypass, or rise above causality and enter into resonance creation, we are finally at a place in our evolutionary development where every "reality" we co-create with is simply an indication of where we are putting our energy…and the material world, a rapid and vivid reflection of that.  With this understanding, the physical dimensions become a powerful petri dish of potential, but that potential can only be nourished and brought to fruition with the proper balance of love. ((that should help us sleep at night : ))

I am told that very soon, things are not going to work as we might have "thought" they would, but more by way of how we always "felt" they would...which is why we have to trust so completely in the interpretations of our feeling center. The mind has been rewired to send and receive signals from the heart, which means that all you new human prototypes out there are going to be disseminating the love-force of energy required to redirect humanity to its destination vibration.

Which is also why it is super important to trust in/take steps toward/act upon what "feels good" now…those things we are in complete "resonance" with...not what "seems" good on the outside, or to/by others.  We are being strongly urged to only make the choices that set us on fire, or at the very least, create a stirring of possibility and excitement deep within us…those opportunities/choices that increase our capacity to love and to share our YOUnique essence with others.

"Never before has there been such a grand opportunity to actualize your full potential as co-creators of christed consciousness, and we stand before you as representatives of home, reminding you that you need not accept anything less than your full-hearts desires.  As you find the courage to make decisions that honor these desires, the universe shifts to match your request and supports miraculously arrive.  But the choice must be made, and the energy will follow, long as you trust completely in the gift of grace that is so heavily supplied to you. Be fierce in your determination to claim whats inherently yours." -Seven Sisters

Up until this point, we were able to utilize the tremendous strengths of the divine feminine to completely alter our internal landscape and restructure our lives to align with our truth by following the guidance of our feeling-center. We were (self)-taught to engage in our mastery by using the alchemy of "magic"...that of creating a complete transformation from a space of stillness. We were required to "remember" that true/lasting change comes not by force, but by allowing…and the seasoned magician knows with certainty that for any physical change to occur, it must come from a deeply internal place of merging of divine and human will.

And tho we were definitely blessed with an abundance of feminine energy to make these necessary changes, it was only by barely maintaining our flow to the sacred masculine during the massive internal excavation, that we were able to survive...but not truly thrive.  That's changing now.

We are stepping into unified consciousness which means that the masculine must now come-on-line to support the feminine….which is why I imagine the unseens keep repeating that the rest of this year will be so "physically" focused.  Tho the feminine (heart) remains at the seat of creation, the masculine puts those forces into play, which means that we are now coming to know, to understand the externalized power associated with the masculine principle as a balanced and supportive force for the divine feminine, not as the controller OF it.

We are restoring the balance of Shakti/Shiva…and tho the divine feminine (Shakti) must take her rightful place as the leader of creation in the world of form, this is in no way hierarchal or femininely monotheistic…because without the masculine principle (Shiva), the goddess energy is a raw, unsculpted, unmanifest force of potential that cannot fulfill its vocation.

Conversely, when the two polarities meet in the middle (heart), divine love is restored and rebirth (ascension) happens.  It is time.

P.S.  I don't want to bum anyone out, but also wanted to let you know that a CME is headed to earth and due to hit earths magnetic field on 7/12.  I don't think its a biggy, but JIC you are feeling more "off" than usual, this may be why.
