A little background

Bill has been unfairly and unjustly charged and re-arrested on a case that was basically dismissed in 1998.

The reasons for this are obvious, as Bill is still trying to fight the good fight by making the public aware of the crimes still being perpetrated by the Military Industrial Complex. It appears that they are now trying to do to Bill, what the government did to another very courageous whistleblower . . . Private Bradley Manning.

Meditation Instructions

1. Relax your mind and body by watching your breath for a few minutes.

2. Visualize a pillar of electric blue Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, going through your body to the center of the Earth. Keep this pillar of Light active for a few minutes. Then visualize all negative entities around the Earth being removed from etheric and astral planes along with all their negative spiritual technologies, magical tools and instruments of the military used for waging wars and killing innocents. Visualize this process taking place worldwide peacefully and smoothly. Visualize the world finally being free from all wars, greed, death, and destruction. Visualize the vibration of the etheric and astral planes getting lighter and brighter until all dark beings are gone and only Light remains.

3. Visualize love and light filling the hearts of all the instigators of war and violence. Visualize all wounds of humanity being healed, all humanity being inspired and guided with everybody having their own connection with their own Soul and the Source.

The next major milestone for Mass Arrests of the cabal has now arrived. Liens have now been filed against all twelve Federal Reserve banks. A Cease and Desist Order has also been filed -- to prevent the world's wealth from continuing to be stolen.

PRELUDE TO THE MASS ARRESTS

If you have been following this and certain other websites, then you have already heard the eyewitness testimony suggesting that thousands of conspirators in finance, media, defense, military, corporations and government are about to be arrested.

The mass resignations of CEOs, worldwide -- now numbering well over 450 in the last few months alone -- is a tangible sign that a major event is anticipated within the insider community.

Let's be clear, again, that this is NOT a coup, NOT martial law, and NOT a takeover of the government in any way.

IT ALREADY HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER

Our financial system, media complex, defense industry, corporate world and government has already been taken over.

It is not being run for the people and by the people. It has been systematically manipulated by a secretive, occult Cabal.

We cannot sit back and wait for their next attempt to generate mass chaos and destruction, and say "let's just leave everything the way it is," simply because this group has been so circumspect in revealing its true intentions.

This system threatens the welfare of everyone on Earth. In their plan to secure global control, they have repeatedly attempted to create mass casualties -- by a variety of different means -- and significantly reduce population.

Many, if not most of these efforts have been thwarted. Much of this is thanks to the will of the people; great heroes who take a stand. This includes countless hundreds of millions of people doing their best to spread the word -- and inform others.

More recently there appears to be Divine Intervention, for lack of a better term -- which is utterly destroying the Cabal's ability to do any further harm on a mass level.

That does not, in any way, reduce or eliminate our need to act. For now, we focus on the practical, tangible, on-the-ground steps we must take to free our planet from Financial Tyranny -- within this very opportune set of circumstances.

THE PLAN REQUIRES THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE

The plan for mass arrests appears to have been in development since the 1960s, as my interview with a new insider named Drake revealed.

Drake was asked by the "good guys" in the Pentagon to provide a public voice for a plan that, up until then, had almost entirely been disclosed by Benjamin Fulford, since 2007, and myself since November 2011 -- when I was personally briefed on it.

This plan requires the will of the people to succeed. Otherwise, our supporters within the military and the justice system do not have the legal precedent to perform such actions.

After many years, the public outrage is now sufficiently high that the will of the people has become more than sufficient to take these steps. Elements within our civilian and military sectors alike have had enough -- and are taking a stand.

US marshals from the Department of Justice and peace officers will carry out the arrests, with the assistance of military personnel -- in the event of any unforeseen disturbances.

By assisting a legal civilian operation in this manner, the military personnel are following their Oath of Enlistment -- to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

THIS WILL BE A POINT OF NO RETURN FOR THE CABAL

Again, to reiterate, the mass arrests will generate a situation from which there is no turning back for the Cabal.

Once the truth is exposed, there will be no further walls of secrecy for them to hide behind.

Every genuine fact you've ever read on the Internet about this problem will quickly become common knowledge. The "learning curve" is steep, but this is what everyone will be talking about.

The rules of logic are absolute in a case like this. Full disclosure of this group guarantees that no such actions will ever be tolerated again by the public. It is a full-stop Game Over for the cabal.

That is why they are so terrified right now.

There are plenty of headlines showing this -- such as Muppetgate, the public divorce of JP Morgan and the Vatican, the mass resignations of over 450 CEOs, and the passing of ridiculous and tyrannical executive orders.

The Cabal Members and their 6,000 or so minions are now quitting their banking positions in the hundreds and soon to be thousands, because the individual states filed the proper paperwork to become independent of the US Corporation (own by the Federal Reverse Bank, who’s controlled by the Cabal)… which means that the US Military must obey what the states want, and not what the cabal wants!

People Being Prepared for the Beginning of NESARA?

One after another the videos and radio interviews are coming out, apparently preparing the public for NESARA.

Back in January, we heard James Martinez tell us he was authorized to discuss a new abundance program that was emerging. At the time leading lightworkers, assuming that the Monaco Accord represented the new shape of the world economy, called it a hoax. But, on An Hour with an Angel, Archangel Michael said, no, it was a quiet announcement meant to demonstrate to those who await NESARA that things are happening.

Archangel Michael added that it neither originated with the Monaco Accord group nor was it a hoax. It originated with “a group – and it is a combination group – of star beings and human beings and, can we say, with our input [i.e., celestials], that is working together.”Fast forward to March 28, 2012, when David Wilcock said that mass arrests were being stage managed by aliens and angels, essentially lining up with what AAM said in January. David said:

“Top insiders have now confirmed that everyone in the Pentagon is now aware that some form of Divine Intervention is happening — regardless of what side they are on.
“Most of them do not know who is responsible. Even the ‘bad guys’ are now saying it could be ‘Angels or Aliens’ doing this stuff. “No one on Earth has the technology to do the things they are now seeing — regardless of how classified that technology may be.
“It is utterly astonishing that even the ‘bad guys’ are now acknowledging this may be an angelic intervention.” 

(2) On March 21, 2012 on this site, Stephen Cook covered a report by “Drake” (his full name is known but we’ve been asked to hold it back for security reasons) on Freedomizerradio, in which he revealed that the American military will soon be arresting members of the cabal and holding them in the same FEMA camps that they set up to hold dissidents among the population after martial law.

Drake, who lives in the southeast, is billed as a person the Pentagon has asked to make announcements on their behalf. He said that the cabal had attempted to declare martial law twice and been forced to abandon their efforts. He outlined some of the provisions of the new economy, which included greatly reduced taxation, debt forgiveness, a non-debt-based currency, etc. On Freedomreigns Radio, Drake and his team say:

“We are in a time of great change. America’s currency was captured in 1913. Her government was captured in 1933. This explains why petitioning our government has been to no meaningful avail. These corporations that masquerade as our lawful government have almost destroyed America. Top people in our government – including our military – know this. They have been waiting for the right time – to help take America back to our lawful government.

“In the very near future, we can expect a major, constructive change in our banking and currency systems. We can expect to see contingents of federal marshals – backed up by our active military – in the major seats of power. These military are not any part of a military coup. They are backing up civilian re-establishment of our lawful government.

“We can expect do see interruptions in our normal way of life. This transition has been designed to minimize interruptions in vital services and our economy – minimize hardship. This will be accompanied by announcements in mainstream media. What we do not want – is for people to panic.

“Our so-called president has been informed that he is no longer commander in chief of our military. This is part of a worldwide operation whereby the non-aligned nations – those who are not part of the G20 – re-establish solid currencies.”

(3)  I personally don’t believe that President Obama has been dismissed as commander-in-chief but we’ll have to wait to see what actually occurs. Note the advice to lay in some supplies in anticipation of interruptions in distribution.

Important things to remember on this score is that Drake has been asked by the Pentagon to discuss these plans so that, when the American military suddenly shows up on the scene, people do not panic but realize that they are acting to take down the dark cabal.

As I said on Extraordinary Year recently, elements of the American military – in particular the American Navy – have been leaders among the white hats for many years now, assisting to thwart attempts to start a nuclear World War III, standing up to the Bush regime, and assuming control of Northern Command (which appears to have carried out so many cabal-related assignments)  and the secret space fleet, Solar Warden.  Now it appears that the American military as a whole has taken up the cause of the Light.

Now, evidently, the military can be counted on to take the side of the people and round up the cabal.
We’ve been told by our sources in the past that, once the cabal are removed so that they cannot harm NESARA recipients and once the old financial structures have collapsed, NESARA will be inaugurated.
On Feb. 17, SaLuSa warned us that the cabal was being taken down and that this would enable the redistribution of wealth.

“Look around you, Dear Ones, and see the signs that are there for all to see, as out of the seeming chaos the new beginnings are becoming apparent. You are correctly hearing of a world plan by many countries to topple the Illuminati, and present the world with a new system that creates a new deal where financial matters are concerned.

“It will remove the illegal structure and methods that have placed you in a debt ridden society that is in danger of collapsing. Having reached this point, if offers the very opportunity that can be taken to implement it. It will remove the burden that so many of you carry, and the hardships it is causing.

“More importantly it will enable wealth to be re-distributed, much of which has been acquired by criminal actions. You have been deliberately kept poor as a way of keeping you under control. Likewise you have also been kept ignorant of your status and history, which is why you are to be fully informed of your past and reason for being on Earth.

 (4) On March 1, Matthew Ward agreed that the world financial scene was being cleaned up and that NESARA would then follow. “Rampant corruption in multinational corporations will meet its well-deserved end; directors who serve the interests of the populace will remain; those who are greedy and self-serving will go. National economies in bankrupt status will not be successfully revived; the global economy will reach rock bottom and an honorable system will start operating worldwide.” 

(5) We’ve been asking the celestials and galactics for tangible proof for some time that all of what is being talked about is real and the resignations and arrests that are transpiring as we speak are surely tangible proof. They will only speed up at some point probably reaching a climax when the American military, and perhaps the militaries of other countries, descend on the dark ones and take them into custody. That day is surely not far off.

Prosecutors demand 5-year sentence for Berlusconi over witness tampering

Prosecutors have demanded a five-year prison sentence for former Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi in his trial on corruption charges.

Prosecutor Fabio De Pasquale asked the court on Wednesday to find the former PM guilty of having paid a British lawyer $600,000 to lie in other trials.

Those proceedings involve charges of tax evasion and false accounting during Berlusconi’s business career.
