I am keeping yesterday's post up on the homepage through the weekend in case some people missed it because it is important. This weekend the Sun will conjunct the Galactic Center and it gives us the opportunity for vision. We are the sculptors of our lives and our intentions and mindset over the weekend will have a great deal of power while the Sun is in this position. The situations and conditions in your life are able to be mentally manipulated into something else - something that serves you instead of hindering you. Yesterday we couldn't really get a handle on things, but this weekend we have the power to project anything. This is a great opportunity because the potential to be impatient, angry, dissatisfied (with ourselves and others), and disappointed is high with the mega-conjunction of the Black Moon and Jupiter in Taurus. Slow down, find simple joy, and take in the beautiful light.

At 2:00 pm EST today. the Black Moon will move from Aries into Taurus while at the same time conjuncting Jupiter. The Black Moon will remain in Taurus until September 2012. The Black Moon brings up fears in order for them to be purged. The Black Moon in Taurus relates specifically to fears about scarcity of resources and money and a lack of safety and security. Taurus is ruled by Venus, so the combination with the Black Moon delves deep to reveal insecurities within relationships and personal insecurities related to appearance and beauty. The added element of Jupiter will expand this to great proportions. If you are a Taurus, the Black Moon will conjunct your Sun sometime between now and September, depending on how early or late in the sign you were born (if you find yourself having a difficult time, feel free to contact me to schedule a reading). However, this energy will also affect the human collective at large, and will cause chaos for the already precarious global financial situation. Most likely, the global bankers will bring about an entirely new banking system while the Black Moon is in Taurus (for more information on the global powers, see my book Eris, available for free download on the "Books" page). The Black Moon in Taurus is going to intensify any fears you are having about money and your sense of safety in the world. Since today is the day it enters Taurus, these themes may present themselves in a dramatic way. During all of this, we will need to remember that life on this planet is transient. In the spiritual sense, the details rarely matter. What matters is how kind of a person we are, not how wealthy or safe we are. We are wealthy and safe in spirit. If you feel like you can't get a good handle on things today. stop trying. Today is not a day where we feel in control. Turn things over to a Higher Power and focus on something that brings you joy.
